New fitness schedule

This is my new fitness schedule which I’m pretty excited about! I joined a gym a few weeks ago and they hold some classes which are excellent workouts.

BodyPump is a light/moderate weights class with lots of repetition; yoga focuses on posture, flexibility, strength, balance and the breath; BodyBalance is a type of yoga/Tai Chi/pilates blend (but fitness-oriented and to music, not traditional); and BodyAttack is a strength and cardio workout. 

With the blend of classes I’m going to, I’m doing all-round fitness targeting muscles all over my body and building strength, balance and endurance. I’m not geared toward burning calories, but if that’s your goal then this type of schedule will certainly do it.

6am Yoga
6pm Yoga

Friday

rest day/personal yoga practise

Saturday

8.15am BodyPump

Sunday

(rest day/personal yoga practise)
